I’m passionate about inclusion and equal opportunities for everyone. I’ve spent my career working with organisations that want to make the greatest social impact in the world and latterly, with those trying to get the foundations of their organisations right, so that every employee has the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
I've been a mentor and coach for the last eight years and I currently mentor for the Sport Integrity Global Alliance's female mentorship programme and work as a skills coach for JGA Group's Policy Officer programme. I have also worked as a mentor for The Girls' Network.
I've been a senior leader and board member for a number of organisations in the culture, sport and not for profit sectors including most recently as Director of Campaigns and Engagement for Women in Sport.
My time at this national organisation really shaped what I do now through my own business, Spot the Gap, working across three areas: policy and lobbying, workforce culture change, particularly initiatives to improve diversity at the top of organisations, and designing public campaigns to support inclusion in society and the workplace.
I am an alumna of the Clore Leadership programme and the Allbright Academy and a member of Hampshire FA’s Inclusion Advisory Group.
